Dr. You completed his postdoctoral training in Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine (WFUSM), and was an Instructor of Medicine at WFUSM. He came to UMass Boston from the Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, SUNY-Buffalo. His current research program focuses on the effects of mind-body exercise on multisite pain and falls in diverse older adults.
