Educational Leadership and Transformation Institute for Racial Justice
UMass Boston Leadership in Education Department
We, in the Leadership in Education department at the University of Massachusetts Boston, are excited to announce the launch of the Educational Leadership and Transformation Institute for Racial Justice, which is designed to support the transformation of K-12 and higher education institutions in advancing racial equity.
The Educational Leadership and Transformation Institute for Racial Justice is a new initiative of the Leadership in Education department at the University of Massachusetts Boston focused on building capacity and sustainability to transform schools, colleges, and universities for racial equity. By supporting K-12 and higher education professionals (faculty, staff, administrators), the institute’s programs and workshops will support the transformation of schools, colleges, and universities. Each will focus on specific groups, positions, and topics.
