Additional Information
Shan Jiang received a BS in management information systems from Tsinghua University, China, and the PhD degree in management information systems from University of Arizona. His research interests include business intelligence, social media analytics, computational linguistics and social network analysis. His works has appeared in IEEE TKDE, Decision Support Systems, Journal of American Society for Information Science and Technology, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information Frontier, and International Conference on Information Systems. Prior to joining UMass Boston, Professor Jiang worked as a visiting assistant professor at Pennsylvania State University.
