Title IX Grievance Procedure

UMass Boston is firmly committed to working to ensure that all members of the University community are not subject to sexual harassment. The Title IX Grievance Procedure prohibits sexual harassment as that term is defined by Title IX as published in Part 106 of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Other acts of sexual misconduct may be addressed by the Student Code of Conduct or by the University’s Non-Discrimination and Harassment Policy.
