EEG Memory Study
Similar to our Memory Study, our EEG Memory Study is measuring how mothers interact with their babies over time as well. In this study though, we actually integrate a fourth measure of infant memory through the use of an EEG sensor cap to measure your baby's brain activity. If you are unfamiliar with the sensor cap, we like to describe it as being more or less like a swim cap or a winter hat. Once wearing the cap, your baby will watch an entertaining video followed by a few pictures. We do ask that mothers sit behind their babies during this portion of the study, but they do remain with their babies the entire time. Generally, this is a very pleasant experience for both mother and baby!
