GROW
GROW is a peer facilitator program that is part of the Office of Student Leadership & Community Engagement. Trained student leaders serve to provide leadership development workshops for their peers and the UMass Boston community. GROW peer facilitators empower students to be leaders and agents of change on- and off-campus by providing student-led leadership and social justice workshops.

Workshop topics include leadership styles, time management, public speaking, and more. Peer facilitators can work with your group to develop a workshop based on your needs. Let us know your topic and potential time.
